I paid a £500 deposit on the phone to hold a van, they sold the van and offered me another, I felt intimidated by them so left and asked for a refund which they refused they also refused to give me a receipt

No I certainly am telling the truth and you know it, you tried to give me a different van, not the one I paid the deposit on, where is my receipt then? I wont be going back to this dealer ever!

Jim Campbell 15-Jun-2016 Travelled half way across the country to see a Porsche that looked perfect in the pictures only to find the car was priced at the top end of the market but was really only worth the bottom end. Car had just passed the M.O.T but it had a stone chip right in the drivers line of view so how could it of passed? make your own mind up! Car had 40k on the clock but looked like it had 3 times that amount of wear. Salesman offered a deal on the car but it was so bad I turned around and walked away. I did manage to get my deposit back so compared to others I regard myself as lucky. For me I wont be going back to this dealer ever!
