I've been scammed
Daniel 22-Dec-2018 Braidwood Motor Company contacted me on Facebook and told me he has a cheap but good car for sale. I bought it, it broke after 3 months. According to the consumer protection act, I took it back for repair or refund, but the dealer told me that he sold me the car as a private person, not as a company, so I'm not entitled to any kind of warranty. So I'm thinking, has the dealer scammed by, impersonating the company he is working for, or the company itself is so low to do this?! Their last response, after I left the car there to be fixed, was to come and take the car, otherwise they'll throw it in the street.
