Who We Are and What We Do

Started as one unhappy customer, this web site is now administered by 3 (and potentially growing) number of Braidwood Motor (Livingston, Scotland) unhappy customers, at the moment run by a car dealer named M. A. (for his security, we're only displaying his initials). Our intention, and this site purpose, is merely to publish Braidwood Motor reviews otherwise not so visible on the web. Trading cars sites such as CarGurus or AutoTrader often delete customers' low rating reviews, because they are simply interested in selling the dealers' cars and get their commission. Good reviews obviously sell more cars, therefore bad reviews are many times ignored, not published or deleted. And this is where we came in.
Needless to say, we are not affiliated or related to Braidwood Motor Company in any way, except for the fact that we bought from them and now we regret it.
We will regularly scan the web and publish those not so good Braidwood reviews, where any potential customer can find. And hopefully, this will help them take the right decision, if they'll either decide to buy a car from Braidwood Motor, or avoid them and go to the next car dealer.

All the reviews published here are not fake or altered in any way. In fact, we also publish the screenshot of the review as we have found it on the web. That also means that we cannot verify their authenticity and that we cannot be responsible of their content. Simply put, we're just re-writing what other people wrote, while trying to link to the sources - pretty much what journalism means. Dane Cargill 15-Jun-2017 I bought A Astra Vxr from braidwood motors Bathgate and 2 weeks after I bought the vehicle the head gasket went the car was nearly £8,000 which isn't cheap for a VXR with 70,000 miles I also noticed the previous owner had a dog which chewed the back panel and the parcel shelf bolts were also chewed off along with half the boot. After getting the gasket fixed I am now having more issues with the car and am wishing I didn't waste my money on this vehicle would definitely advise you to go elsewhere before buying this vehicle. I wont be going back to this dealer ever!

Jim Campbell 15-Jun-2016 Travelled half way across the country to see a Porsche that looked perfect in the pictures only to find the car was priced at the top end of the market but was really only worth the bottom end. Car had just passed the M.O.T but it had a stone chip right in the drivers line of view so how could it of passed? make your own mind up! Car had 40k on the clock but looked like it had 3 times that amount of wear. Salesman offered a deal on the car but it was so bad I turned around and walked away. I did manage to get my deposit back so compared to others I regard myself as lucky. For me I wont be going back to this dealer ever!
